Peptide and Vitamin Protocol

Our Peptide and Vitamin Protocol

Our peptide and vitamin protocol combines two pillars: a foundational vitamin protocol using trusted Nutrilite products, and general education on the peptides we’ve researched as part of our own routine. Below, you’ll find an overview of both.

A note before you read further: We are not doctors or medical professionals. This page is for educational purposes only and reflects our personal experience. In particular, peptide use, dosing, and cycling should only be determined in partnership with a qualified healthcare provider. For a deeper dive into our peptide research, check out our Health and Wellness page along with our Peptide Synergy guide on Etsy.

A General Guide to Popular Peptides

Here’s a brief, educational overview of some of the peptides commonly used in our peptide and vitamin protocol. To be clear, this is not a usage or dosing guide — it’s simply an introduction to what each one is.

  • GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide): A naturally occurring copper-binding peptide often associated with skin and collagen support in topical and research contexts.
  • CJC-1295: A synthetic peptide studied for its role in growth hormone-releasing hormone activity.
  • GHRP-2 and GHRP-6: Growth hormone-releasing peptides studied in research settings for their effect on growth hormone secretion.
  • TB-500: A synthetic peptide derived from a naturally occurring protein, studied for its role in tissue repair research.
  • IGF-1 LR3: A longer-acting variant of insulin-like growth factor 1, studied in research related to muscle and tissue growth.
  • Selank: A synthetic peptide studied for its potential role in stress response research.
  • SLU-PP-332: A newer research compound studied for its potential metabolic effects.

If you’d like to learn more about the research, safety considerations, and cancer safety tiers we outline for each of these, our full Peptide Synergy guide covers this in depth. As always, please consult a healthcare provider before considering any peptide use.

General Notes on Timing and Combinations

Beyond the schedules above, here are a few general, label-based guidelines worth keeping in mind:

  • Calcium and iron compete for absorption. If you take both, space them a few hours apart rather than combining in the same dose.
  • Fat-soluble vitamins (like Vitamin D and Omega-3) absorb best when taken with a meal that contains some fat.
  • Magnesium and sleep support products are best taken close to bedtime, since their effects are geared toward relaxation.
  • Always check your specific Nutrilite product labels, since formulations and recommended dosing can be updated over time.

Ultimately, this protocol reflects what has worked well for our own routine, but everyone’s needs are different. As a result, we recommend reviewing your personal vitamin routine with a healthcare provider, especially if you take prescription medications or have any existing health conditions.
