AHHH! Fall is here ya’ll and that means pumpkins, smores, crisp fall air & everything that comes with it. First things first, it’s almost Halloween and we are super excited for all that is included.
It's festival season
Here we go! We started off the season with the fall festival that Joe’s office throws.
There was so much to see that they couldn’t even look at the camera!
All of the kiddos wanted to do the same thing first and as a result they they all jumped up there together. They decided on the “wipe out” inflatable.
I’m not sure who had more fun, us or the kids. Joe and I couldn’t stop laughing! I just wish they had let the adults have a turn.
Booth time
Next up, time to explore the different booths. Bowling for candy, yes please!
They each took their turn playing which resulted in a handful of candy for each of them!
At this booth they had a ring toss along with a bean bag toss. For every ring or bean bag you got on or in you received that many pieces of candy. Each of the kids walked away with some candy, so they were happy!
Sand art
We headed straight over to the sand art table to make necklaces. This was a lot of fun! They had different bottle shapes including shapes for Halloween. How cool is that! I only managed to keep Caroline still long enough to get a picture, the other kids had already run off.
Adopt a pet
After the sand art booth we were ready for food, so we took a break and got some grub! (I didn’t get any pictures of us eating…oops!) While we were eating the kids had noticed an “Adopt A Pet” booth as a result we headed on over. Victoria went first and of course came back with a “pet” so as a result then the other two had to follow! Our loot includes Chili bear (he’s wearing a coat) Lovette (because she already has a Lovey puppy and this one has pink hearts so it must be a girl) and Buster 4 (because Buster 1, 2, & 3 were already taken!)
Cake Walk
Cake Walk prizes! ( I didn’t get a picture of Jamieson while he was doing the cake walk because the room was packed plus he had won his before I even made it in there.)
Jamieson had to have one more turn on the wipe out inflatable. He loved that thing!
While Jamieson played on the wipe out inflatable Caroline chose to jump in the bounce house. I only got a few pictures of her because she said “no more pictures!”
What a fun day!
At the end of the day we all had a blast! The kids greatly enjoyed themselves plus they got candy and stuffed animals! These moments are what makes life charming. So parents, enjoy them, stress comes no matter what so make sure you are looking for and finding those precious, charming moments!
